adding youtube into a page
« on: 5 July 2010, 13:26:41 »
Hello,

A lot of people use youtube to store a movie. At the youtube site you can copy/paste the html-code to embed the movie into a webpage.
When i do this (first switched to code-mode), only a  red cross is shown.
How can i get this to work?

Greetings,
Marcel

Hi Marcel,
don't know why it isn't working for you. I have used this method and the movie did show.
But isn't it more easy to use the youtube button in the editor and just copy/paste the url of the youtube movie?
Works like a charm for me.

Greetings, Frans.

Hello Frans,

I must confess that I still use SAS 2.4.10 on this site... and the editor has not got a youtube-button.
I think I better upgrade this site to Syndeo...

The template I am using on this site is Connections (Adapted for Site@School by: Peter Mathijssen)
Does anyone know if I can safely upgrade to Syndeo?

Greetings,
Marcel
