dgs_search
« on: 29 June 2010, 11:45:15 »
Hi Fred,
I 've got the following error message on the version 2.9.00:
Date/time : 29 June 2010, 13:50:34
File: /mnt/web3/22/16/593316/htdocs/sats/starnet/modules/dgs_search/libs/search/db.php
Line: 186
Code: 512
Message: Table 'DB101649.sn_m_pictures_cat' doesn't exist"
Query : "SELECT id, pagename, welcome FROM sn_m_pictures_cat WHERE (pagename LIKE '%bewerbung%' OR welcome LIKE '%bewerbung%' ) ORDER BY id, pagename, welcome".
Url: http://www.bbs-buxtehude.de/sats/index.php?page=113&section=37
The table doesn't exist.
If I create such an empty table with theese fields, the error is gone.

Did you run the 2.8-2.9 migration, this should have fixed this:

these are the statements:
Code: [Select]
mysql_query("UPDATE $table_configuration SET config_value = 'sn_allbum,m_album_cat,1,0,0' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_name4'");
mysql_query("UPDATE $table_configuration SET config_value = 'id,pagename,welcome' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_returnfield4'");
mysql_query("UPDATE $table_configuration SET config_value = 'pagename,welcome' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_searchfield4'");
mysql_query("UPDATE $table_configuration SET config_value = '&modoption=list&cat_id=@0@' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_url4'");

Hi, Fred,
in the file migrate2.8_2.9.php I've found the following line 194:

Code: [Select]
//search module
mysql_query("UPDATE $table_configuration SET config_value = 'pictures,m_pictures_cat,0,1,0' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_name4'");
With the code, you have posted above, the problem is fixed.
Thank you very much.
Greetings from
Carsten

Hello Fred,

Thanks for posting 2.9.00.
After migrating from 2.8.02 to 2.9.00 I've encouterd the next problem:
When using the search module on the front end I get this error

Is this related to the problem above, and if so, how do I correct it?

Rob,
Check the error log, without the real error it is hard to say.

Rob,
Looks indeed like the same error, can you do the following sql in phpmyadmin:
Code: [Select]
UPDATE syn_configuration SET config_value = 'sn_allbum,m_album_cat,1,0,0' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_name4';
UPDATE syn_configuration SET config_value = 'id,pagename,welcome' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_returnfield4';
UPDATE syn_configuration SET config_value = 'pagename,welcome' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_searchfield4';
UPDATE syn_configuration SET config_value = '&modoption=list&cat_id=@0@' WHERE config_key = 'search_module_url4';

That should fix it.

Hi Fred,

I think you're a genius  ;D, it works!

Post it as a hotfix! I think I will not be the only one.
